Welcome parents and students.  It is exciting to be able to show pictures about the 8th Bible and Jr. High Science Classes and make announcements on this website.  This website is to post special projects and their due dates, and lists the daily work and assignments.  The students are still encouraged to write down their work on their assignment notebooks.  This is something I'm trying for my classes to keep parents updated but especially for students who are absent.  A disclaimer: I will try to be as accurate as I can on this website but announcements made in class take precedence.  I will try to post final updates by 10:00 p.m. each day.

With this tool, the students will be responsible to check the website for any work missed if they are absent.  They are required to turn in the work within two days per absence without prompting from the teacher.  Missed quizzes and tests will be given to the student within two days per absence.  It is the responsibility of the student to approach the teacher for any handouts and acquire any notes from another classmate to prepare for evaluation.  Please be reminded about the policy of 10 pts taken off per day work is late, and after three days, the work will be a zero for 6th and 7th graders.  Eighth grade students will automatically receive a zero for any work missed.  Projects are expected on the due dates. 

Please understand that this website is a courtesy.  Not all teachers have a web page.  Please don't expect other teachers to do the same.
